Face Painting Info, Prices, & Booking

This Reservation Request form will allow us to verifying our availably, understand your event in more detail, and help us to build a package fitting your specific event needs to allow Spellbinding Designs (Lori Yugen) to provide the absolute best service to you.

You will be contacted following your submission to discuss your event in further detail, schedule the services as well as timing, and will complete the booking process with a standard 25% nonrefundable deposit, with the full balance due two weeks before the event. Events scheduled before 2 weeks must pay a $10 rush fee. To begin booking your event please select the “How To Book” drop down menu.

How to book in 5 easy steps!

*Note: Please schedule and pay 2 weeks in advanced. Last minute events are $10 extra.

1. Review package deals.

   1. Choose the best package for your budget and write down the “Package Code & Price”.

2. Next, scroll down to the “Book Now” section below.

   1. Review and choose an available date & time for your event.

3. Enter the details your event. (Make sure to enter any or all info needed).

   1. Choose a payment method.

   2. Read the ending statement carefully.

   3. Select, “Schedule Event”

4. Using the QR codes (Quick Pay below) to make a payment.

5. After, booking & payment wait for a confirmation or text me @ (432) 244 -8181

BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY

To ensure your booked event is "locked in" with our business schedule, please schedule your event with a the full payment 2 week in advanced. Any events scheduled before 2 weeks must pay a $10 rush fee.

Once you have received a callback and booking confirmation with deposit paid, should you cancel your booking, the 25% deposit is non-refundable.

FOR CORPORATE OR FUNDRAISING EVENTS:

Cancellation will result in 25% cancellation fee of the invoice amount. Cancellation within 48 hours a 50% cancellation fee of invoice amount is due. Cancellation within 12 hours of event the full amount of the invoice must be paid.

WORK SPACE & SAFETY

Spellbinding Designs (Lori Yugen) reserve the right to refuse face painting for any reason or refuse to paint the face of any person who appears unwell or with medical conditions such as, but not limited to, cold sores, psoriasis, open wounds, broken skin, conjunctivitis or other eye infections, runny nose, infected skin, headlice. In these circumstances we are able to paint, at the artists’ discretion, the arm or hand of that person.

We follow a strict code of practice regarding hygiene:

*All persons wishing to be painted must be presented with a clean, dry face.

*We use and clean all sponges and brushes regularly throughout each event.

*We frequently change water.

*We frequently maintain a high standard of hygiene by keeping hands and workspace clean and sanitized when working.

*All equipment is cleaned thoroughly after each event.

*Ensure children are not running through the area while artist is working.

*Ensure parents and children are requested to standing behind the marked / requested space of the artist.

*To ensure that health and hygiene standards are maintained, we ask that our products remain untouched by anyone other than myself. Please ensure that children are supervised at all times.

SUPERVISION

*We will paint at the artists’ discretion the face of children who in the artists opinion are under 3 years of age, or unlikely to sit to be painted. However, in these cases the arm or hand may be painted upon request.

*WE DO NOT PAINT CHILDREN UNDER 3 YEARS OLD WITHOUT SUPERVISION.

*At private events/parties, it is the responsibility of the organizer to ensure that the permission of parents/guardians is obtained prior to children being painted.

*We will not paint any person (regardless of age) against their wishes – including sleeping children.

*Verbal or physical abuse will not be tolerated.

*We will not paint anything that the artist deems to be offensive, obscene and/or inappropriate for the event or group.

*Please do not eat or drink whilst being painted.

*We take no responsibility for the welfare or safety of persons waiting to be painted. Please ensure that children waiting to be painted are supervised at all times.

*Once the queue has been closed, no-one else will be painted.

CONCERNS

*Face paints are easily removed with soap and water. Baby wipes are not recommended as these may cause allergic reactions when used on the face.

*Photographs will not be used without parental/guardian consent. Any photographs taken will be used for promotional purposes only and identities will not be revealed to third parties. A complimentary copy can be emailed to the parent/guardian upon request.

*All products used are water based, and tested for use on the skin. They comply with FDA and EU regulations. However, please note that all cosmetics can, on rare occasions, cause allergic reactions and we accept no liability for this.

*If the person to be painted has not been painted before or has sensitive skin, it is possible that face painting may cause irritation.

*Some paints may leave a slight tint on the skin which should fade in a day or so.

All events reserved need to be paid 2 weeks in advance. To pay we have the following payment methods:

• Cash or Check (meet in person)

• Card (Make selection by clicking on image below)

For all packages, the birthday person will ALWAYS be painted First with the most extravagant design. (Glitter & Jewels included if available).

All designs will be created by the child and painter to create a unique design.
